i get this message everytime i start windows please help

This issue may occur if the Boot.ini file is missing, damaged, or contains incorrect entries. click *support.microsoft.com/kb/330184

Boot using XP Setup CD and enter into Recovery Console, then give following commands:

fixboot
bootcfg /rebuild
