I recently brought back an iphone 4 from the US and using the gevey sim, unlocked it so i can use it on my postpaid BSNL connection. While i can make calls, send sms etc, i cannot access any internet, cannot use weather app or google maps for that matter.
It keeps saying COULD NOT ACTIVATE CELLULAR DATA NETWORK- YOU ARE NOT SUBSCRIBED TO A CELLULAR DATA SERVICE. But i am already on an unlimited postpaid data connection. Can anyone tell me whats going on?
I tried different APN settings, i.e www.e.pr and www.e.po
but neither works, the E for edge symbol comes on briefly, but still no data access.
I am on IOS 4.1 baseband 02.10.04
Has anyone faced this issue? If so, whats the solution? Please help me out.
