I recently got infected by a couple of worms (W32.Yautoit and W32.Imaut.J), I did a online scan and found out where they were located.. then i archived them into rar file and deleted the infected exe file...
Is it safe to do so ??
but recently i did a online scan with bitdefender and it deleted those rar files, so though i dont have them any more, but i would like to collect them... if ofcourse it is safe to archive them..

...safer...yes...change extns first and then archive. or configure such dangerous extns to open with notepad. use The Computer Security Tool
