I have been trying to access bsnl.co.in since last week and the website seems to be down. I have accessed using two different ISPs (Vodafone, Idea) but still to no avail. I wanted to know 2G-3G common data plans for Prepaid connection.

Why there's no news regarding this? The website of the country's largest telecom service provider is down since one week or more

You can always check if a site is really down from Down For Everyone Or Just Me -> Check if your website is down or up?
