Colorful is a known chinese graphics card manufacturer(other more known chinese brands are zotac & sapphire). Their RMA in India is handled by Rashi Peripherals(now renamed to RP Tech India).

Can't say about good quality but I prefer zotac & asus for their after sales support in India(gigabyte support is also ok but their cards quality is not as good) as they have an established & known presence.If you want to take a chance & trust rashi peripherals then only go for colorful.Also never buy a graphics card for which there are not enough/good reviews. Asus was also recently selling single fan 2060 for 22k too but that card runs hot(same with their recently on sale 1660 Tuf gaming card which runs hotter than probably any other 1660 card even with dual fans) so choose wisely.
If you're buying anything that has CAPS used in them (motherboard, discrete desktop GPU) etc...don't buy things just because they're cheap.
Anyways, for a GPU - like WS said above, go with reputed brands because when these GPUs die, they are PITA. Hence, strictly no for such brands
++++ to this., especially the fact that Zotac gives extended warranty on their cards when you register them on their website after purchase. No one else comes close to them in this matter.

Just because a card has twin fans doesn't mean it is always good,asus tuf 1660 gaming card has twin fans & yet it is probably the worst 1660 card regarding running hot. A good design single fan card will run cooler than a poor design twin fans card & that is why the need to check reviews. Zotac cards also have a better resale value because of their 5 years warranty.
In your experience please suggest me coolest 2060 make .
