Is HP Pavilion M4 a good laptop to get for 50k?

I am planning to buy this. The sepcifications are worth the money on paper. But I am not sure how good it's performance in the real world scenario is. Has anyone used this laptop? If so comments regarding it's performance or issues are welcome. There are not many reviews on it on the internet. I could not find a single one on youtube either

Thanks,
