Torrents are not from any site, site are just tracker.

Torrents are connecting computers which has the same file to share between them.

tracking sites just keeps that information of who has what and their addresses to connect them with each other via your client to start sharing.

So yes, all you have to do is add the tracker (that one for same torrent) having higher ration in your client's tracker pane and that will do :D

My suggestion (if you are after good seeds vis a vis good speed)

>Go to torrentz.com
>search the torrent
>Now select any public tracker from there and open in new window
>Come back to Torrentz.com and you would see it has a section mentioned all those trackers who are pointing to that particular torrent
>Copy the list (you would find a link saying "uTorrent compatiable list") from there
>Update tracker for the torrent in uTorrent

Previously btReannounce used to work, now it does not work most of the time. b/w btReannounce would work for torrent files not for magnet links.
