Is it possible to repair iPad 5th generation?

The glass is cracked few years ago & was managing with it. One of the longer sides (opposite to the volume buttons) is slightly bent in the middle. Now for some reason, ghost touch has come. How much it would cost to repair?

Could cost 5-10k if the inside glass is damaged. Take it to an apple authorized center for a quote.
