Is N73ME Worth Buying???

I wana but this phone...So could u tell me is this phone worth buying :?:

Yup absolutely... Its an awesome fone.. tho u shd get it in arnd 16k... also If u dont need the 3.2mp cam than get the 5700..

It's worth every penny.I got it when it was 22k and believe me i have no regrets about it.

If you can do without the 3.2 MP camera, go for 5700.
It has the new S60v3 FP1, a 16 Million color screen. Which is really topnotch!! The screen is crisp, and really worth it. Only downside is the 2Mp camera.

Also, if white color is ok with you, you could go for the normal N73, update it with firmware v4, and you would have all the features of N73ME. Go for ME only if you want the black color, and the the 2gb card which comes with it.

5700 is awesome, like said earlier..it has lower MP camera...which doesnt bother me much since 2MP is enough

n73me has 3.2 Mp cam with auto focus !!! when u can afford it by 4k more

Hey I have seen my friend's n73 music edition..Really sexy.. Its so small and slimmer than the large photo given @GSMarena.

How is its music quality compared to SE phones? Also How is the battery life..Coz such large display drain batteries fast!!

i liked its audio quality very much.. And the battery lasts about a day of intensive usage..

Presently I found Nokia Magicon for Rs. 16200 for N73M.

I have tried 6020, z550i, e50, 7610, n72, 5300, k750i, 3250

I found k750i as simple and best phone for though dont want multi-tasking.

Next is N73M is the best phone

I compare both 5700 n N73ME. N73ME has large internal n MMC capacity,bright screen,gr8 camera,3D sound stereo speakers,light sensors,etc. and it looks cool against 5700 :razz:

Only diff. is N73ME is OS9.1 n other is OS9.2 :neutral:

But I don't like N73's joystick n d back cover :evil:

But much better than 5700

5700 was exact 12000 last week when i bought it

5700 has a revised os and an awesome display...

N73ME has a bigger screen , thus higher pixel density ... compared both 5700 and N73 side by side , and the icons , text are definitely better on the N73 ..

About the OS .. S60 OS9.2 definitely has some advantages , but with the current N73 ME firmware update .. i don't hate my phone anymore ..

Plus , N73 ME has better loudspeakers than 5700 ..

And lastly N73 ME has a better camera .. a hell lot better ...

SO +1 for N73 ME .. worth the extra 4k's anytime ..

@deathvirus no1 hates the n73me.. I hv myself recommended it many times.. But i wd rather save 4.5k and get a 5700 cos i dont use the cam much..

^^^ but with the lastest firmware update i think now audio quality of N73ME is better than 5700.so i think its worth spending the xtra 4.5k

Hey All! I got my N73ME today n really it's an amazing phone :razz:

Also it comes with latest hindi n eng. songs :twisted:

It looks gr8 n I love it so much

But there is one problem,it asks for an 'Activation Key' to play all that songs :!:

So I scratch d card n send sms with given code to get d key.But it's been 6 hrs. I didn't gt d key :evil:

I even fill-up d form in browser but nothing happened

Why is it so n How 2 gt that key :?:

^^^ i don't understand one thing. why aint the content preactivated. its not like you are not paying for the cellphone. when you are paying for it. they should activate it! of corz let them continue wid drm but why should theuser go thru all these hassles. jus like oem computer manufacturers get windows activated, this should be preactivated too. many of my frenz haf complained abt this. it takes days to do so. many of them got frustrated and deleted those files...

Yeah this is wht i wana say! I m@il Nokia Care abt this n also call them.They said that they going to send me 100 sms to activate all pre-loaded songs,but none a single sms I have received yet :evil:

@reddick atleast u got the scratch card with ur N73ME.i didnt even get one.i called up Nokia CC, and the guy sent me 5 sms but not 1 song was activated.so i've deleted all the pre loaded songs.

the default headfones of the 5700 are great.. But havent really compared them with hpm70..

they are not! they are headphones. hpm-70 are earbuds!!! so they haf an inherent advantage of passive noise cancellation. how can you compare the two?? u should compare the quality of n5700 headphones wid hpm-85.

the update is available thorough nokia software updater .. some ver 4 firmware .. now the phone is lot faster .. no hang ups .. and the music key works .. also i found out that cam performance is improved .. also for those ..who are concerned abt the lag of auto focus camera . i have found a soft that make use of this cam as fixed focus . so no lag and quality is quite good too ..

man .. soft support is what makes this symbian specially n73 rock ..

But these "earbuds" are extremely , and i mean EXTREMELY, soft .. unlike the SE earbuds .. so the one's with the 5700 tends to slip off many time , ..

Plus just as a advice .. if possible , just try the N73 headphone on the 5700 is possible .. u'll be shocked ..

yeah but previously .. there was not a single decent phone with quality camera onboard with big screen .. is it .? symbian that it ..

I bought N73 from Dubai when in Kerala it was priced 25000. It was almost 3000 Rs less. So I suggest buying from Dubai. It is one of the best phone Nokia ever produced. (Except the phone being a little slow). Has a very good screen, one of the best camera (along with K790). The only still camera which may perform better is N95.

2day I updated d FirmWare of my N73ME n now my phone becomes more speedy n smart :!:

Espacially that now v can exit frm music player :razz:

But after gt updated only 18MB phone memory remained. So I use 3 key format n now I have 35MB free phone memory! MORE MEMORY,MORE SPEED :twisted:
