If a pin of a processor breaks is it repairable anyway?

Let me know what do you think?

hey , guys. r u serious?

is it really repairable?

well , i have asked the same question to many tech brains , but all of them said , " not possible".

if it is repairable, please help me in helping my friend who also have a processor with two pins broken, and he has lost hope.
