I'm thinking of buying these parts for my next pc, are they any good?

I'm going to be using it as a Family computer/Gaming (bf3,skyrim). I'm coupling it with my 200GB HDD SATA and HD5770 which i already own.

go for Corsair CX500W & a better UPS. rest everything looks ok.
