yea, it is fine.

Just make sure that you use a decent PSU like FSP Saga II 350w @ 1.5k.

My only suggestion would be go for Altec Lansing 1221 instead of SBS A35.

AMD athlon ii x2 240 @ 3k
Gigabyte GA-MA74GMT-S2 @ 2.7k
2 GB DDR3 1333MHz from kingston @ 2k
WD caviar blue 500GB @ 1.8k
DVD writer from lite-on @ 1k
FSP saga 350W @ 1.4k
Local intex/Zebronics/iball cabinet @ 0.8k
Logitech combo @ 0.7k
APC 550va @ 1.5k
Dell E1709 17" monitor @ 5.1k
Not sure about the speakers.

If you want you can go for a 19" CRT @ 2.5k and opt for AMD athlon ii x4 635 @ 5k

EDIT: :D My 200th post.

Thanks for all your concerned efforts.

Indeed. I wanted to configure it in lowest possible budget so sorted items by price and made it. Any issues you would like to point ?

..19" CRT @ 2.5k.. is that a typo?

Yeah go for LCDs, they have become cheap. I'd also suggest going for FSP Saga II 350w PSU.
Also, don't buy a 320 GB HDD, buy a 500 GB one, you won't save anything by buying 320 GB.
