I want to watch the T20 series between India and Sri Lanka on my laptop using the Jio TV app.

How do I setup?

Use bluestacks. You can even get a desktop shortcut for JioTV with it.
JioTV's website is under construction, btw. Keep checking it occasionally wether it is online.
