Kindly Suggest multi func. printer

I need a multi functional printer for home use.. Though I want cheapest but still will prefer value for money kind of printer.

Kindly suggest with fax and without fax. Should be flatbed and with good quality printing..

Also if there is any which can print photo quality then please do suggest.
