Please suggest which lapi to prefer. You may also suggest your own opinions.

Thanx in advance!!!!

HP Probook 4540S -i3 3110m
Lenovo Essential G580 (59-358263)

i3 3110m overall is better than amd a8 4500m in performance. Most of the laptops with a8 4500m come with discrete card and since you can do without a discrete card better go with i3 3110m or i5 3210m with no dGPU and get somewhat better battery life. For somewhat good level of gaming though a laptop with i3/a8+hd7670m would do fine.

What would you suggest about Dell Vostro 2520 Laptop3rd Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Linux as compared to your suggestions.
Dell Vostro 2520 Laptop (3rd Gen Ci5/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Linux) - Dell: Flipkart.com

Since I am getting i5 for the same cost of HP Probook 4540S.
My friend has recommended for Dell, but i want to be sure which will be best for my requirements.
Please tell me which laptop to prefer DEll vostro or Lenevo Essential?

Dell Vostro 2520 lacks usb3.0 ports and numpad. If that is fine with you then you can have a look at that.
Spec wise G580(59-358263) is better.
