FlipKart is a nice answer for you..

They sell really at good rate compare to anyother store and they deliver to any part of India too..

I would be suggesting,

HP Pavilion G6-2005AX Laptop AMD A8 Quad Core/4GB/500GB/Win 7 HB/1GB Graphics: Flipkart.com: Compare, Review HP Notebook -> Rs. 34k (comes with Free Bag and Cooler Master D-Lite Cooling Pad)

HP India offers 3 year warranty upgrade for Rs. 1133/- (email FlipKart for details on the said) by sendind a cheque to their name (delhi)

Add an extra G.Skill SQ DDR3 4 GB Laptop RAM (F3-12800CL9S-4GBSQ) | Ram | Flipkart.com -> Rs. 1750/-

And then get your self a Seagate Expansion Portable 1 TB USB 3.0 Hard Drive | External Hard Drive | Flipkart.com @ 5k

Total is around 41.5k..
