1) What is your budget? (INR or USD) :
Rs 70000 +- 5000

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?

Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen

3) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
None. Everything will work.

4) What are the primary tasks will you be performing with this notebook?
Software Development(Androis, Windows etc), Gaming.

5) What screen resolution(s) & type (glossy/matte) would you prefer?
Atleast an HD ready (720p) screen if not a full HD. Also, touch would be good for win 8 development.

6) Anything else you would like to say? (eg: local purchase, ASS,matte/glossy finish)
I prefer AMD over Nvidia in terms of GPU (coz AMD is better and you know it..)
I dont care much about SSD as I have plenty of time for my apps to compile ( +SSD costs more)..

PS : Is there any place in Delhi (Nehru Place) where I can get my laptop assembled ?

I think Dell 15R Turbo will fit your requirements perfectly.
AFAIK there's no way to get your laptop assembled.

Lenovo Ideapad Y500, has Full HD display, better GPU than Dell (650M 2GB DDR5), red colour backlit keyboard (looks cool) & ultrabay...
