laptop for @ 35K for general activity in doha, qatar

My requirement is to buy a general purpose laptop costing around 35K. Presently staying in doha Qatar. My usage are very general, using ms office, surfing, reading, office work. I am not interested in gaming, though would like to have an option of watching movies sometimes

As I am currently based in doha, which brand and config should I go for considering my above requirement. Another imp parameter would be after sales service in doha.

I am a software professional in doha and am doing MBA simultaneously and my laptop need would be accordingly. My old laptop conked out on me and my exams are in a weeks time. So this need of mine is kinda urgent.

Should be able to watch HD 16:9 movies sometimes and general usage is reading and studying so I guess it should be matte.

And do check Dell inspiron 14r and 15. Dell 15 comes with Maxx Audio which can be useful while watching movies other than that ur applications and other works shud be breeze....
