You mentioned in answer no 3 that you'll be gaming on the laptop.

Please mention which games you are looking to play. But, TBH, its better to get a desktop assembled if gaming is concerned.

35k laptop can play old games at low to mid settings. But getting a desktop will be better.

Laptops in this budget have R5 M230 which isn't enough for playing recent and future games even at lowest possible settings,

I will suggest

Dell Vostro 3446 Core i5 Laptop (It has a Nvidia 820M)

This is best you can get within your budget.
These are the games it can play

^^But still 820m won't be a great option considering gaming requirements.

^He can't get anything better in his budget even if he adds 10k to his budget he will not get a laptop with 840M blame it on India or manufacturers.
