laptop going all the way up to 96 celsius,normal?

will someone clarify,
my new samsung laptop(NP300E5V-S02IN) is overheating View attachment 11780
you can see it from the screenshot,
its also crossed 96c,it only over heats when im playing games like nfs most wanted 2,
highest it has reached is 96c when i'm playing nfs....
also my gpu crossed 90celsius mark...
both cpu and gpu reaches to this points within half an hour the game started.....
the laptop is only 15 days old....
