Most of the screens are LED backlit LCD today. About anti-glare related confusions, read this - Anti-Glare vs. Anti-Reflection - TSP Inc.

Pretty fine. But you can't ask this way for any brand. Some models in every brand are good or bad.

A couple of my friends are using Samsung laptops and they are doing well, no problems faced yet and performance is also good
