Hi
I am looking for laptop for my close retired relative
so dont want any performing or gfx laptop

requirements are simple skype chat / can watch movies so good sound
but with resell or exchange value in future (only reason intel over amd)

please suggest within 20k budget

Better get a tablet for this price.

get any of these:
HP 15-g049AU Notebook (APU Quad Core A8/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8.1) (K5B45PA) Rs.23789 Price in India - Buy HP 15-g049AU Notebook (APU Quad Core A8/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8.1) (K5B45PA) Online - HP : Flipkart.com

Lenovo G50-45 Notebook (APU Quad Core A8/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8.1) (80E3014FIN) Rs.23998 Price in India - Buy Lenovo G50-45 Notebook (APU Quad Core A8/ 4GB/ 500GB/ Win8.1) (80E3014FIN) Online - Lenovo : Flipkart.com

Laptops at this price range have poor resale value reason being that these don't have good enough specifications to being with.

I'd suggest o get a used laptop/ My friend got a 3rd gen i5 laptop with 4 GB ram and 500 GB HDD for ~22k in a good condition. Look on OLX for deals.
