Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen

Browsing, Using software like Amibroker.

4) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eying for ?
Windows 10 compatible, 4GB RAM

5) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
a. Like: HP
b. Dislike:

I don't know anything about that software but it should run on any win10 laptop.

I'll recommend increasing budget by 6k for an i3 CPU, if possible
