Have a look at Sony CB45, it costs 51k.
Its an amazing laptop and the only laptop in that price bracket with a Full HD Display

@pratyush- OP is not gonna game, so the above laptop is useless and also the screen of Asus is not that good, and it has got i7 which will ultimately decrease the battery backup and OP needs a good battery back up.
And for OP requirements i5 is more than enough. So it is of no use for him.
CB45 will be much better

HP has heating issues but have read that it has been resolved in DV6 but I still doubt.
Lenovo is not good.
Acer timeline is good but the sony one which I have suggested is far better.

51k will be lil overbudget. How is 5830tg with i5? any issues reported with that model? in 42k that model looked good to me.

Sorry for the post header btw. Budget is max 45k. Any way in which i can change it?

But in 51k you will get Full HD display, I suggest you to have a look at it in a local store near you then decide.
A Full HD Display matters a lot and also it has got a graphics card so that will help you in watching High resolution videos and all and the performance of the laptop is very good.
I haven't used the acer one so can't say much about it, may be someone else can tell you better
