Laptop with 32GB RAM support and FHD

1) What is your budget? (INR or USD)

Something basic (32gb ram support + FHD) would be fine for <50k
Would pay more for power (like 7700HQ) and better displays, touch etc (Even upto 1.5L for something like the 4K XPS15)

2) What size & weight consideration (if any) would you prefer?

Thin and Light; 12" - 14" screen
Mainstream; 15" - 16" screen
Desktop Replacement; 17"+ screen

3) What are the primary tasks you will be performing with this notebook?

VMs
Programming
Light CPU intensive gaming

5) Any typical configuration in your mind you're eying for ?

i7 7700HQ or the upcoming 8550U. 7x00U would be okay if the laptop is cheap
32GB RAM support
FHD

4) Are there any brands that you prefer or any you really don't like?
a. Like: Dell
b. Dislike: Acer

6) Anything else you would like to say?

Screen resolution ( 768p (HD) / 900p / 1080p (Full HD) ) FHD or above
Battery back up ( normal (3-4hrs) / extended (5-7hrs) ) Don't care
Purchase place ( Online (eg - flipkart, infibeam) / Local / Abroad (do mention the country) ) - Online (Local or Abroad), Local

I already have a laptop and am looking for an upgrade, mostly to the RAM amount and CPU power.
Dell Latitude E5450
CPU: 5200U
RAM: 12GB (Upto 16GB)
SSD: 256GB
Display: 14" 768p

Not looking for a Desktop and do not have someone to buy from USA. Will have to depend on regular online shipping.

Ask a quote from www.azom.systems
You'll have enough ram and CPU power needed for next 2-3 years easily (because of desktop parts)

I did. They gave me a quote for 1.17L for i5-7500, 8GB RAM, GTX 1060 6GB, 15.6” IPS Full-HD.
I was thinking about their laptops but I am not sure if they would be very portable, and thermals might be an issue with them as Desktop parts have a much higher TDP.

And I will end up waiting for 8th Gen Desktop SKUs which are coming a lot earlier than 8700HQ.

Thanks for the suggestion though, I will look into a few reviews tonight.
