Most laptops come with Windows and MS Office preinstalled.

Want to know what happens in case OS needs to be reinstalled. Especially MSOffice since it is paid software costing around 9k. Do they provide keys? And is MSOffice a legit copy in such cases?

No keys, Win key is registered in BIOS, so a new installation iso will collect it from there. Office gets attached to the MS account that you login in that laptop from what I heard.
