I need a good LED TV of maximum 32" under my budget of 35k.
It should have good speaker quality as i won't be using external speakers and support many formats.
3D is not necessary.

This one looks good: Samsung 32F4100 32" LED TV (Black) One of my friends has been using it since about a year.. no problems at all!
