Samsung so5in or lenovo y500

samsung->new in market, don't know about after sales services
y-500 -> unstable touchpad

Dude both of your facts are wrong.
First samsung offers you pick and drop warranty and offers a good product at a good price.
Secondly lenovo y500 was having touch pad issues but now lenovo has recognised the problem and is now rectifying it. I guess that now lenovo y500 is being shipped with synaptic touch pad.
