Linux CDS

suse

I installed suse 9.1 that came with digit dvd.i found it good but very few development packages are installed.
So i downloaded the rpms from suse site and installed them. The problem is i dont know where they are installed and how to execute them!!
I installed the rpms for Qt development kit, library,MySQl.

Use commands of what you have installed in Terminal or at RUN box.

eg. xmms (XMMS)

gmplayer (MPLAYER)

ymessenger (Yahoo Messenger)

Try different config. or may some Gurus help you.
