Liteon not reading Dual layer DVD

I have a liteon LH-20A1P drive.It doesn't read Dual layer dvd's.
I tried upgrading the firmware but no use.
What should i do?

Yar im seeing lot of liteon related queries on dual layer DVD's looks like liteon has a problem with dual layer DVD's.. even mine had this problem.. I got it replaced two months back..

G5 try it on some other PC....And try some other DVD9....sometimes digit dvd's have problem....try some movie dvd....

Then take it to service center....

Firmware upgrade. Go for it.

Mine is patched to firmware DR20KL05.
Is there any new other than this version.
