My PC crashed 2 times when I was transcoding videos in nero vision.I dont know where the incomplete files are located. Those files took 4GB in my C drive. But I cant see them.I tried many ways and nothing worked.

I got the solution.
In folder options I unchecked 'hide protected operating system files'
Then I located those files here
C:\Users\User\AppData\Local\Temp

Thanks for replying.
