Why not use Truecrypt ? Open source, free, most secure.

I tried it earlier but not user friendly or at-least for me

There's something known as PixCrypt or Pixel Crypter(Not sure about exact name). It encrypts files/folders in an image. Try that too.

try My Lock Box

or u can also try this dos command for hiding files inside a image

copy /b <image name.extension + <file name.extension>

Try any one of the following

Free Hide Folder - Free Hide Folder: a free security software to hide folders.

LocK-A-FoLdeR - lock-a-folder - Simplest Way To Password Protect Your Folders [: - Google Project Hosting

My Lockbox - My Lockbox — Files and Folders Password Protection — Hide Folder Lock Folder Password Protect Folder — FSPro Labs

SECURE FOLDER is best..!!
