is it a good deal...

SoundMAGIC E10M Headphone | Headphone | Flipkart.com

will some one show some light on it...need to buy in two days...

Its good imo if you are able to sell those Audio Technica Earphones ATH-C100G for say rs.800[ebay price with 1 yr warranty]. Confirm with FK if there is warrany on it as well...

Best deal would be asking F/K to keep those Audio Technica Earphones ATH-C100G & get E10M by paying a difference of 580.

Soundmagic E10/E30, depending on your design preference.
