Buy an elcheapo local zebby one without psu.. it should cost ~Rs 400 for a new one..

Right now, A 20 inch monitor is the bare minimum for anything.. A 21.5 inch is always preferred
A DELL IN2030M will cost you 5.9k, do not compromise on this, otherwise you will regret it later
