Sorry Mate but your PC is too old to run above mentioned game title.Only one thing you can do is to buy a graphics card.

704MB ram is not enough for win 7 ... so even getting a AGP card won't make situation much better IMO.

here's the minimum system requirement of Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault :

Minimum System Requirements
OS: Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
Processor: Pentium 4 @ 1.5 GHz or Equivalent
Memory: 512 MB
Hard Drive: 3 GB Free (4.5 for Directors Edition)
Video Memory: 64 MB
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
DirectX: 8.1
Keyboard & Mouse
CD/DVD Rom Drive

Recommended System Requirements
OS: Windows 98/ME/2000/XP
Processor: Pentium 4 @ 2 GHz or Equivalent
Memory: 1 GB
Hard Drive: 3 GB Free (4.5 for Directors Edition)
Video Memory: 128 MB
Sound Card: DirectX Compatible
DirectX: 9.0
Keyboard & Mouse
CD/DVD Rom Drive

now Radeon 9200 is a DX 8.1 complaint video card .. so Op may be able to play the game but looking at the amout of ram and 9200 he better downgrade to Xp to try out this game but yes, if he is not going to get the 9200 for free he better spend on upgrading to a new mobo+cpu+ram first.
