Memory card Problem(Micro SD), not shown in Mobile

I have a 1GB memory card "Sandisk Micro SD".

Now the problem is the card is not being recognized in my mobile "LG KG195".

Now i have tried a few permutations to know what exactly is wrong!

• Plugged my card into other mobile: Works
• Plugged other card in my Mobile: Works
• Plugged my card in Computer via Card reader: Does not work!

Other info:
It happened after i formatted my card using Nokia 6085 mobile.(Gallery>Memory card>Format)
