It's an online code where you can redeem the game to your steam account. Note that MGS V sale in India is region locked. It will work in India.

Nvidia codes are global I believe. You can sell this for $60 at g2a.com
Only retail codes purchased from gamestheshop.com/Amazon/Flipkart are region locked.

You shouldn't have tried to redeem it, :-|

You sell the code which comes with the GPU and not the redeemed one.

Nope, I haven't redeemed. I just passed through step one to check if NVIDIA US site accepts it. After that you have to got with set two where the actual redemption begins.
