i wanted to know which one is best and which looks good and how is rediff is it relaible?

For that price?
Undoubtedly the Xbox Controller. Ultra comfortable, especially if you have large hands. Not sure about the Thrustmaster, but the Xbox controller works straight out of the box, no drivers needed.

However, if having a good d-pad is a must for you, then you are better of with the Thrustmaster. The D-Pad on the 360 controller is horrendous, the Thrustmaster has a much better d-pad.

Thrustmaster. I have use them and they are pretty good.
