p4 2.4ghz
512 ram
direct x 9.0c
intel 915 motherboard
inbuilt graphics card
surely run...

Well, NFS UG2 ran in my AMD athlonxp 2600+ with an VIA KM400 asus mobo and 512 MB DDR 400 ram. Also had a 128 MB Geforce card.
dont th UG2 will run ur system for sure !!!
