Guys

i wanna upgrade my computer by changing these under 15k . so please suggest me .

1 . motherboard ( intel / amd)
2. processor (intel / amd)
3. monitor 17 "

Choose the things you wanted, just a little above 15k.
Make sure you go for a mobo that will satisfy your needs in the coming years.
