modem not found

hi guys i just installed win XP pro
device manager shows that drivers for my modem are not installed,my modem is pci modem
my laptop is from acer aspire series (model no.5000)


plz help me:(

Go to the acer site and download the modem driver.BTW the driver disk that comes with Acer has all the drivers required.Didnn't you get one with ur lappy?
