For gaming and watching Movies:

I like to buy monitor for multipurpose 23 to 27 inches with preference of IPS Panel also USB Connectivity for connecting External hard disk to play all format media files without CPU ON.

Budget below 50k

Pls suggest anything with model no with price...

I'm not aware of monitor with USB support. You can buy a good monitor and then hook cubetek or Amkette flash TV HD media servers via HDMI which have excellent USB plug n play capabilities and are worth less than 4k.

why invest for media players in 4k is utter waste? instead of cpu..if monitor available with playing media files...i will turn of cpu for power consumption...(weekly watching more than 15-20 movies)...
