Uncommon- I have a friend named Upal. It's a Bengali word, means 'a piece of stone'. Also I have a 'dada' whose name is Sankalan (Bengali), means- A group of stories/poems etc.
Those two names so far the rare most I found

^^Sushil (boy's name) is a boy name & not girl name.

^^If you have heard a phrase "sundar aur susheel kanya", suggests it is feminine.
