Most powerfull tablet under 20K

Which is the fastest available android (not ios) tablet with a 7 to 8.9 inch screen with two cameras under 20000 ruppess(price) and from a good brand?
Is the samsung galaxy tab 2 7.0?

Nexus 7, or Samsung Tab 2(for sureshot warranty, asus's stance on Nexus 7 in India is hazy at best).

Pick up the Nexus 7. And if you would need a back camera pick up the Galaxy Tab 2 310.

When I Got the Tab ... Nexus 7 wasent available but tab 2 was.... the older tab 7 + has Much Better Specs and android 4.2.1

I think yesterday only Acer launched it's 7 inch tab at a price around 8,000 INR....You can check out the features of the same as well..
