i want to buy a basic motherboard below 5000 and a graphics card below 4000 rupees please help me

Why do you want a motherboard?

Graphics card: MSI 1GB R5450-MD1GD3H/LP GRAPHICS CARD

You can get much better proccy than the current one. Athlon X3 along with a AM2+ mobo will cost 5.7k. So, better change the proccy along with the mobo too.
It will be much better deal.

For Graphics Card,
Radeon 5670 512MB at 5k will be good choice.

^^ his gpu budget is Rs 4000 max.

for 4k,
ATi Radeon 5550 -- 4.3k
nVIDIA GT 240 -- 4.2k

But if really under 4k required, then Radeon 4670 is a good choice else nVIDIA 9500GT. But these cards will play games only at low-mid resolution.

4670 is ideal for your budget and is also very low power consuming.

HD5570 1 GB DRR3 should be considered as well - Sapphire one costs Rs. 3.7K

5670 is available as low as 4.5k
and its best vfm in sub 5k range
OP can manage 500 Rs i guess

Download and install CPU-Z and post screenshots on Mainboard tab.
