The PC is mainly for office purpose and my budget is 2500

For Office purpose, trade the 1GB DDR-II with a 1333 MHz DDR-III 2GB module and then get your self a G41 based solution, boards like,

  • MSI G41M-P26
  • ASUS P5G41T-M LX
  • Gigabyte GA-G41MT-S2

I think you mentioned that the board you had is a 2009 purchase, see if by any way you can get warranty for it.
