As the chipsets of phenom II & core i5 1st gen/2nd gen are different, you will need different motherboards. So, which one do you want?
Please also mention if you choose i5, then which gen processor are you using(will you use)?

If you are going with AMD and planning to get BD cpu and make a multi gpu setup then opt for MSI 990FXA-GD65 which is around @~9.5k and has supports 2 way CF and SLI both ;-)

IF you are getting SB cpu then opt for Gigabyte GA-Z68MA-D2H-B3 @~9.5k - this one also supports 2 way CF and SLI ;-)
