Any suggestion for a mobo? Processor-Intel dual core
strictly within budget.. Please mention its price too.

Budget-3k to 3.5k

Gigabyte GA-G41M-Combo @ 2836. supports both DDR2 & DDR3 (though both can't be used at the same time).
