Recently,I sent my Motorola E365 for servicing;when it came back it had a virus in the form of a message in the "inbox".It's in Chinese & doesn't gets removed. It is playing havoc with my phone(sudden shut down/wrong display icons).I have tried to master clear every thing, but still it remains in the phone (not in the SIM).Somebody, please help, how to get this rid of this nuisance.

I don't know whether this'll work or not but give it a try. Connect your cell to your pc and try removing the message through your PC Suite software or your pc's anti-virus software. Or you can just give it back to your service centre to fix things for you.
