hi

inorder to access the windows partaions on my linux machine i wrote a script which will mount the partaions automatically for me without writing long line of commands.

my problem is that i want to run the script in startup so that i dont have to manually execute the script whenever of on my system.

can anybody tell me how to mount the automatically at startup

Simple one there...

On root mode...
Goto /etc

And modify the fstab (remember to backup first)

Code:
vi fstab

More details...
Here

Though it is for Ubuntu, can be performed on almost all systems :D
